By signing up to any of Lynne Caine Coaching program offered on this website, you agree to the terms and conditions provided on this page.
This agreement is made between Lynne Caine (“Coach”) and “you” (“Client”) on the day the payment is sent.
BOTH PARTIES AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
Any of the program we offer is a unique combination of coaching, mentoring, and teaching and is a collaborative process with an ongoing relationship between the Client and Coach. The whole program supports the Client in establishing new behaviors. The relationship is strengths-based, forward-looking, and collaborative. The coaching agenda is developed and implemented in partnership between the Client and Coach. The role of the Coach is to help the Client progress toward achieving a goal.
The Client and Coach agree to engage fully in the program experience with coaching, mentoring, and teaching.
The Client recognizes that the sessions in any of the program offered is not therapy, counseling, or consulting.
CONFIDENTIALITY
The Coach agrees to keep all conversations and information with the Client private and confidential, as allowable by law.
No personal information will be shared with anyone without the Client’s express permission. Exceptions may be made if there is an imminent threat of serious injury to oneself or someone else.
PROGRAM COMMITMENT
By entering into this relationship, the Client and Coach acknowledge that the Client desires to make a behavioral change or some type of improvement in his or her life. Behavioral change often takes time to implement and sustain. The pace of change is uncertain and varies amongst individuals. As such, the Client and Coach agree to a minimum of a 2-month relationship for the program the Client signed up for, unless otherwise specifically stated.
PROGRAM SESSIONS PROCEDURES
Live coaching sessions will occur through live video conference via Zoom and some sessions might be pre-recorded. Live sessions will also be recorded for replay access.
The Coach and Client agree to adhere to established session times. However, there might be special circumstances when a live program session will have to be rescheduled a different day during the same week a live session is supposed to happen.
PROGRAM FEES
Program fees are non-refundable.
